Hey there! I’m Abhijit A. Ambolkar, the founder and lead HR consultant at Xancus HR Services, With more than 25 years of expertise in recruitment, client acquisition and headhunting. Worked across all kinds of businesses including fast-growing startups, small nonprofits to established Manufacturing and Real-Estate businesses.

As a Client Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter and lead HR consultant I have worked with various organizations including Alp Consultant, Indiabulls Real Estate, JP Infra, Job Experts, Wired HR Consultant and Pioneer Conserve.
